How to claim your money back:
In order to claim a refund, claimants must complete the following steps:
1. Try the eligible product for at least 30 days from the date of purchase, but no more than 90 days;
2. If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of the eligible product, you must:
a. Download the claim form below;
b.To obtain a Return Authorization Number, send a to the customer service during office hours at info@cookercorner.com or WhatsApp +447428665093. The Return Authorization Number must be obtained within 90 days from the date of purchase of the eligible product and customers then have an additional 30 days to return the eligible product. Refunds will only be valid if the eligible product is received by the promoter within this time frame.
c. Complete the refund request form, quoting the return authorisation number; and
d. Return the eligible product (in its original packaging) together with the completed claim form and the original purchase invoice within the time limit to the following address:

3. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be considered invalid.
4. Claimants must retain the original purchase receipt and packaging of the eligible product as proof of purchase and for the purposes of submitting a claim. Failure to produce proof of purchase when requested may, at the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in the invalidation of a Claimant's claim and the loss of any right to a refund. The purchase receipt must clearly indicate the retailer of purchase and state that the purchase was made during the Purchase Period but prior to the submission of a claim.
Postage costs for the return of the eligible product are entirely the responsibility of the claimant and will not be refunded.
