Product instruction

1/ Connect the adapter to the power supply,
The button indicator flashes blue, then remains in standby mode after 3 seconds.

2/ Drying and disinfection mode
Press the standby button and the indicator will light up red to start the drying mode.

After 60 minutes, the blue light comes on and the UV sterilisation mode is activated.

After 30 minutes, the lights flash blue and the job is completed after 3 seconds.

3/ Disinfection mode only
Press the standby button twice in succession, and the indicator turns bright blue.

After 30 minutes of UV sterilisation, the indicator turns bright blue and work is completed after 3 seconds.

    Close the lid and select the desired sterilisation programme.
    Once the programme has been completed, the knives and chopping boards will be sterilised and ready to use.

    It can be used with most stainless steel and plastic knives and chopping boards. However, it should not be used with ceramic knives or wooden chopping boards.

    How do I clean and maintain the steriliser?
    Wipe the outside of the steriliser with a damp cloth.
    Remove the grid and wash it in hot soapy water.
    Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling the steriliser.

    How often should the steriliser be cleaned?

    Are there any parts of the steriliser that need to be replaced regularly?
    The UV lamps should be replaced approximately every 10,000 hours of use.
